Rates

These are the services I can offer and the rates I charge:

Installation of a basic item of hardware such as a new CD-ROM/DVD-ROM, more memory or a new graphics card or other expansion card is £15

Repair or rebuild of a PC or laptop repair is charged at £25 per hour for labour plus the cost of any components required

A PC Health Check consisting of a full antivirus clean and the removal of any Adware/Spyware is £35

Microsoft advise that you should keep your PC up to date with all of the latest fixes and security updates. If you have a slow internet connection or are unsure how to undertake these updates then I can pick up your PC and connect it to my fast broadband connection and apply all of the Windows fixes and security updates for you for a cost of £25 an hour. These updates should only take one hour, but in the rare circumstance that they are not completed within the hour you will be contacted.

A basic reload of your Operating System involving a format of your hard drive, and the reinstallation of any supplied licensed software is £45. Please note: If you have any data that you wish to save and have not written it to CD then please advise me of the important data and I will back it up and restore it for you. This backup and restore will be charged at my standard hourly rate.
